Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form details — name, email, phone (optional) and your message, submitted when you send us a brief. Used only to reply about your enquiry.
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept briefly for security and site performance.
- Cookie preferences — your accept/reject choice, stored in your browser so we don't ask every visit.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, strictly to run the site and respond to enquiries.

How long we keep data
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, then deleted. Server logs are rotated automatically after a short period.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@movingcreative.co.uk and we'll action it promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
